ICLS provides language proficiency assessment for government contractors, government agencies, individuals, and private companies and organizations who must evaluate the language proficiency of current and potential employees.

The International Center for Language Studies (ICLS)

provides language testing for many government agencies, government contractors, private companies, organizations, and individuals who must meet specific proficiency levels for employment and academic purposes.

Top government agencies have validated our language assessment program, and it is distinguished by high-quality test management, coordination, and an easy planning process that frees our clients from the burden of conducting tests in-house.

ICLS conducts tests either in-person or virtually through the Zoom platform, and we pride ourselves on timely, reliable, and valid test score reporting.

Our certified

and experienced testing team values professionalism and promotes a positive testing environment while conducting tests. We measure proficiency levels using the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level descriptions, which the U.S. Government developed to measure employees’ ability to communicate in a language. The ILR scale consists of five levels of language proficiency, and it is the standard language proficiency scale used by U.S. federal government agencies.

If the score reviewed by the Independent Reviewer is higher than the one assigned to you, you will be reimbursed $125.

If the scores reviewed by the Independent Reviewer are higher than the ones assigned to you, you will be reimbursed $150.
Speaking/Listening/Reading Test
$200
If all (3) scores reviewed by the Independent Reviewer are higher than the ones assigned to you, you will be reimbursed $200.

The Review Report

The Review Report will include details on the skills you have exhibited during the Test as per the ILR Descriptions.

The Independent Reviewer will be a Linguist, FSI or ACTFL Certified Tester.
The Independent Reviewer will listen to the Recording and assign ILR Scores based on the skills you have exhibited, in a consistent manner, during the Speaking Test ( Part 1/ Part 2 and Part 3 ) and Reading Test ( Part 1 and Part 2 ).

The process can take up to (2) weeks.

The process starts as soon as payment is received.

Rescheduling or canceling already confirmed and scheduled tests will result in a $150 fee
