One of the 20th century’s greatest sculptors, Isamu Noguchi, is the focus of this new exhibit at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Across more than 70 works, learn how Noguchi drew on ancient art and architecture to create his own stunning works, from Egyptian pyramids to American Indian burial mounds. Among the pieces on display: fountains, floating ceiling lights and of course, some of Noguchi’s greatest sculptures.
